Santa Barbara County Issues
Commissioned by a County Supervisor to learn more about county-wide issues, our team designed a survey project that mapped public opinion across Santa Barbara County. The results and our analysis ultimately drove public policy decision on land use, cannabis, energy, taxes and other key issues.
No on Measure A- La Quinta
Our team conducted a survey focused on public opinion regarding short-term rentals (STRs) in La Quinta, CA. The survey aimed to understand residents' views on STRs, gauge support for a proposed ordinance to phase out non-owner-occupied STRs, and provide insights to inform the campaign's strategy.
Phelan-Pinon CSD
The Phelan Pinon Hills Community Services District (PPHCSD) engaged our team to conduct a comprehensive survey aimed at understanding the community’s sentiments towards local issues, specifically the proposed Phelan Park expansion, and their willingness to fund the project.
